My Story

Some of you have made it to this site because of my work in sports + entertainment. Some of you might be looking for a diverse mentor in media. And maybe even some of you randomly ended up here by way of this rabbit hole we call the internet. Either way, welcome to the online version of me! 👸🏽

My name is Tiffany Kelly and if we are talking teams titles, I am an entrepreneur, data scientist, public speaker, and philanthropist. I fell into media accidentally and started my career at ESPN all through my love of sports that originated as the bond between my family. However, the road hasn’t been easy as a self-taught, black, female programmer in a bleak, male-dominated industry. My one, sole purpose on this planet is to inspire anyone and everyone to share their individual stories with the world, to have ownership over those stories, and to empower them to do so with my technological skill set. To find out exactly how I do that and other spilled tea, please keep scrolling! ☕

Entrepreneur

I am an ENTJ. This Myers-Briggs personality type indicator is commonly known as “The Chief.” Both nature and nurture have led me to a life path of entrepreneurship. I love building companies that help make the world a better place.

Data Scientist

I am a self-taught programmer. R, Python, and SQL languages are a part of my daily life as much as Instagram and matcha. Nothing is unquantifiable. I love problem solving and putting those solutions into automation.

Media Maven

I am a socialite. Whether it be in the press or at conferences, my knowledge, experiences, and tips are just as much for every individual as they are for me. I love speaking publicly about the obstacles and triumphs I have won.

Philanthropist

I am a giver. We are all born into some innate privilege and have a duty to give back to others that have not received a return of abundance from those privileged successes. I love donating my time to the next diverse leaders.
